This Sweepstakes is sponsored by 770 Fine Jewelry, Miami, Florida (“Sponsor”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members and household members of 770 Fine Jewelry are not eligible to participate.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
Each Lab Diamond Giveaway (each a “Promotion”) begins when Sponsor announces the start of the Promotion on its official website and/or social media channels and ends when forty (40) paid entries have been received or when Sponsor publicly announces the close of entries, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).
The drawing date for each Promotion will be publicly announced on Sponsor’s official Instagram post for that specific Promotion.
Each Promotion is separate and independent. Entries do not carry over between Promotions.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
5. HOW TO ENTER
A. Paid Entry
During the applicable Promotion Period, purchase “The 770 Sweepstakes” digital product for $40-$50 USD through Sponsor’s official website, depending on the sweeptakes
Each completed purchase receives one (1) entry into that specific Promotion.
Limit one (1) entry per person per purchase. A maximum of forty to fifty (40-50) paid entries will be accepted per Promotion.
B. Free Mail-In Entry
To enter for free, participants must download Sponsor’s official entry postcard file from Sponsor’s website.
The postcard (bellow attached) must be printed in the exact size and format provided. The postcard may not be resized, altered, distorted, reformatted, or modified in any way.
On the reverse side of the printed postcard, participants must hand-print their full legal name, phone number, email address, and complete mailing address.
The completed postcard must be mailed individually in a standard envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must:
• Use the official downloadable postcard provided by Sponsor
• Be printed in the exact size and format provided
• Not be altered, distorted, resized, or modified
• Contain the required information handwritten on the reverse side
• Be mailed individually (no bulk shipments)
• Be postmarked during the applicable Promotion Period
• Be received by Sponsor no later than 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) on the drawing date announced on Sponsor’s official Instagram post
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and one (1) mail-in entry per household per Promotion Period.
Any mail-in entry that does not strictly comply with these requirements, is incomplete, illegible, altered, mechanically reproduced, submitted in bulk, received after 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) on the announced drawing date, or otherwise fails to meet the stated specifications will be disqualified and will not be entered into the drawing.
Each valid mail-in entry receives one (1) entry and has the same odds of winning as a paid entry.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period, including both paid and mail-in entries.
7. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted after the close of each applicable Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received for that specific Promotion using a random selection method.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.
If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. PRIZE
One (1) Lab-Grown Diamond per Promotion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000 – $4,000 USD.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for 770 Fine Jewelry to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or violating these Official Rules.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 770 Fine Jewelry and Instagram from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
